This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use AdRemix.
Account credentials: AdRemix uses a password-based login. We store a session cookie to keep you authenticated.
Creative content you upload: Images, ad copy, headlines, descriptions, and related metadata you provide when building your creative library.
Generated content: AI-generated copy variations, image variations, DNA analysis outputs, and Brain engine results derived from your uploaded creatives.
Meta Marketing API credentials: If you connect your Meta Ad Account, we store your Meta App ID, App Secret, and Access Token. These are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption and are used solely to operate the Meta integrations on your behalf.
Third-party API keys: If you provide API keys for third-party AI services, these are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.
Usage data: Basic analytics including page views, collected via an anonymized beacon pixel to help us understand how AdRemix is used.

AdRemix uses third-party AI services to power generation and analysis features:
When you use AI-powered features, relevant portions of your creative data (copy text, image URLs, context) are transmitted to these providers to generate results. Each provider's own privacy policy and data handling terms apply to data they receive. We recommend reviewing OpenAI's and Anthropic's privacy policies for information on how they handle API data.
We do not share your Meta credentials or API keys with these providers.
When you connect your Meta Ad Account, AdRemix accesses your account to read campaign data, create ads, and retrieve performance information. This data is used solely to provide you with the deployment and analytics features of AdRemix.
We access only the data necessary to provide the features you request. We do not share your Meta account data with third parties beyond what is required to operate the service.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by our infrastructure providers. We implement the following security measures:

We retain your creative data, generated content, and account information for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your data deleted, contact us at dobetterventures@gmail.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

AdRemix uses a single signed, HttpOnly authentication cookie (adremix_auth) to maintain your logged-in session. This cookie contains no personal information and expires after 7 days.
We also use an anonymized analytics beacon to count page views. This uses a randomly generated visitor ID stored in your browser's localStorage — it is not linked to your identity.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
AdRemix is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us personal data, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of AdRemix after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
