1. About AdRemix

AdRemix is an AI-powered ad creative remixing tool operated by Do Better Ventures LLC, located at 915 Cimarron Circle, Bradenton, FL 34209. You can reach us at dobetterventures@gmail.com.

AdRemix allows users to upload existing ad images and copy, organize them in a library, extract cross-creative patterns, generate AI-powered copy and image variations, and deploy ads through Meta Marketing API integrations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdRemix, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use AdRemix only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Meta's advertising policies. You are responsible for:

• All content you upload, generate, or deploy through the platform
• Ensuring your ads comply with Meta's advertising standards and Community Standards
• Obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any creative assets you upload
• The accuracy of any claims made in your advertising creatives
• Any actions taken on your Meta Ad Account resulting from use of AdRemix

4. AI-Powered Generation

AdRemix uses third-party AI providers — including OpenAI and Anthropic — to generate copy variations, image variations, DNA analysis, and brain learning outputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your campaign
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use or deployment
• AI outputs do not constitute professional advertising advice
• Third-party AI providers have their own terms of service and usage policies that may apply

5. Meta Marketing API Integration

AdRemix integrates with the Meta Marketing API to enable ad deployment functionality. By connecting your Meta account, you authorize AdRemix to:

• Read your Meta Ad Account information and campaigns
• Create and manage campaigns, ad sets, and ads on your behalf
• Upload images to your Meta Ad Account
• Access performance data associated with your ad account

You acknowledge that Meta's own Terms of Service, Advertising Policies, and Business Tools Terms apply to all activity on your Meta Ad Account. Do Better Ventures LLC is not responsible for any Meta account restrictions, suspensions, or policy violations resulting from the content you choose to create or deploy.

6. User Credentials and API Keys

AdRemix may store Meta access tokens and other API credentials you provide. All credentials are:

• Encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption
• Used solely for the purpose of providing AdRemix features to you
• Never shared with third parties except as required to operate the integrations you have connected

You are responsible for the security of your account and for promptly revoking access if you suspect unauthorized use.

7. Creative Data and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all creative assets you upload. By uploading content, you grant Do Better Ventures LLC a limited license to process, store, and use that content solely to provide the AdRemix service to you.

AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. We do not claim ownership of generated content.

You represent and warrant that your uploaded content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Do Better Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Ad performance results, including click-through rates, conversion rates, or ROAS
• Actions taken on your Meta Ad Account or consequences thereof
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity resulting from use of the service
• Any inaccuracies in AI-generated content that you deploy
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AdRemix to:

• Create or deploy deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent advertisements
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Advertise prohibited products or services under Meta's advertising policies
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the AdRemix platform itself
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to AdRemix at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may discontinue use of the service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manatee County, Florida.
